Request Counseling

Step One

Make sure you have read about the ministry in the About the Ministry section of this website.

Step Two

Read and electronically sign the appropriate Informed Consent Form and complete the appropriate Personal Information Collection Form:

  • If you are a parent interested in counseling for your minor child (under the age of 18), please click HERE
  • For all other counseling (marital and individual), please click HERE
NOTE: for marriage counseling, each spouse must electronically sign a separate Informed Consent Form and complete and submit a separate Personal Information Collection form.

Step Three

After you have completed and submitted your forms, a Biblical Counseling Ministry team member will review your completed forms and contact you within 5 business days to discuss scheduling an appointment. Please do not contact our church office to schedule an appointment as our Biblical Counseling Ministry team handles these requests separately.  Since we have limits on available counseling staff and office space, there is usually a waiting list to see a counselor.  Counseling is available to anyone; however, members of Richland Creek Community Church always take precedence over all outside counseling.  When a counselor becomes available, non-members may be scheduled for Biblical Counseling.

Current counseling wait times vary from 10 to 12 weeks, depending on the type of counseling requested and the availability of the counselors.

Standard appointment times are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; Monday nights from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm; Tuesday nights from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm; Wednesday nights from 5:30 pm to 7:45 pm; Sunday nights from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm; and, Fridays from 9:00 am to noon.  However, counselor availability varies by counselor.

If you have any questions in completing the forms or the process listed above, please contact Tony Donato, Counseling Pastor, at 919-556-9292 or email at: Tony@RichlandCreek.com.
