Men Equipping Men is a weekly class for men of all ages who wish to grow and mature in their faith. We meet on Wednesday nights from 6:30 - 7:45PM in Modular E during the fall and spring semesters.
This class serves to instruct the class members about the fundamental disciplines of the Christian faith so that they may grow in their own faith and be equipped to disciple other men. These six disciplines are Bible study, prayer, worship, service, evangelism, and giving. Other topics to be addressed are forgiveness, Godly living amidst ungodly circumstances, and personal responsibility.
We will begin each class with corporate teaching time learning about each discipline and how to incorporate them into our lives. After teaching, our class breaks out into small groups for the purpose of accountability and encouragement. Small groups are led by men who serve to encourage, instruct, and hold class members accountable for their spiritual growth. To meet our small group leaders click here.
Disciples are made in this class as participants partner together to engage in committed accountability for the purpose of spiritual growth. Growth is born out of a love for Jesus in response to what He has done for us at the cross. This class comes with a high degree of accountability. Participation in obeying the commands of scripture (bible study, prayer, worship, service, evangelism, and giving) are expected.
Come join us in becoming disciples that make disciples!
