Thank you to everyone in the Richland Creek family who have been patient as we have walked through so many things in the past few months, including COVID-19 restrictions, re-opening, health protocols, and the like. There have been warnings along the way that we may have to shift and change as we continue to plot a course forward, and this is one of those times.
Starting this coming Sunday, July 12, we'll be making a few changes to our service times, both online and on-campus. We believe these changes will be beneficial as we walk forward. Here is a summary of services moving forward:
- We will plan to have one on-campus service each Sunday, beginning at 9 a.m. That service will have a capacity of 325 people, and registration will still be required (click here to register now). Based on on-campus attendance for the last few weeks, we have plenty of room in one service for everyone that has been coming back to campus. Doing one service, instead of two, will mean a lighter load for our pastors, servants, AVL team, band members, etc. If the 9 a.m. service reaches registration capacity early in the week, we are still able to have an 11 a.m. service if necessary. We don't want anyone to be turned away from on-campus worship.
- Now that we have gotten a few weeks of on-campus services under our belts, we will shift our online worship services to match our on-campus service times. That means we will be live online at 9 a.m. each Sunday morning. That same service will then be re-played online at 11 a.m. Both of those online worship opportunities, at 9 and 11 a.m., will be available via the Richland Creek website and Facebook page.
Again, thank you so much for all of your patience as we continue to walk through the re-opening process. We are continually evaluating our services and growth opportunities, and will communicate to you when and if any changes are necessary. God bless you all!
