Ministries are not meeting on campus on Sunday mornings until further notice due to the current situation with Covid-19. Contact the ministry leader for information on how you can be a part of meetings as they are currently happening!

Our Vision

The Preschool and Elementary Ministry of Richland Creek seeks to teach children to Love God (in His Word, prayer, our witness, our worship) and Love Others (through our church, ministry, generosity, while on mission) all while partnering with parents in the Biblical Discipleship of their children.

We will not hide them from their children, but tell to the coming generation the glorious deeds of the Lord, and his might, and the wonders that he has done. He established a testimony in Jacob and appointed a law in Israel which he commanded our fathers to teach to their children, that the next generation might know them, the children yet unborn, and arise and tell them to their children, so that they should set their hope in God and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments. (Psalm 78:4-7)

First Time?

We want you and your children to have a safe and fun experience if you are visiting Richland Creek for the first time, and want your children to participate in the Creek Kids ministry.

Before You Arrive

Our space uses the check-in/security system, KidCheck.  If you haven’t already created your free account, please do so by going to and selecting “Create Your KidCheck Account.” Or download the KidCheck Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play Store to create, manage, and update your account right on your mobile device.  Creating your account prior to the your first visit helps your first check-in go more quickly so you can get on your way.

Check-In Process

Once you’ve created your account, simply use your 10 digit phone number to check in with us.  You will be prompted to check in your children for the hours they will be with us by selecting the appropriate hour column and indicating your location on campus.  Printed off will be matching identification tags that are exclusive to your family and visit.  Your child will need to wear their name-tag while you keep the guardian tag. When you return to pick up your child, simply show your tag to one of our servants for your child’s dismissal.

The Nursery Ministry at Richland Creek strives to show babies and toddlers the love of Jesus through His Word while keeping them safe and well cared for. Our desire is to love and encourage each family in discipleship through being a resource for them.

On Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings, parents are greeted by trained servants who will get all needed information for your child so they can have the best and safest time possible. Within the class your child will be held, sung to, played with, and loved on while learning God’s Word. Every child is checked and changed during each service hour and will be fed according to your schedule.  We offer a snack of Rice Chex or Cheerios only.

Creek Kids Preschool Ministry exists to assist parents in laying a spiritual foundation for your child that, through prayer and guidance, would lead to their salvation. We minister to children from age 2 through pre-K during all of our Sunday Morning and Evening worship times using The Gospel Project curriculum and on Wednesday nights through our AWANA program.

Sunday Morning/Evening

On a Sunday morning/evening, your child will receive loving care by trained servants.  Their passion is to teach your preschooler the truths found in God’s Word through “The Gospel Project” curriculum.  The same lesson will be taught during all Sunday service hours; this is done purposefully because preschoolers need repetition.  This repetition will help your child remember what he/she was taught.

We are very excited to join with you as we teach preschoolers (age 2-Pre K) the importance of Psalm 119:11 "I have stored up Your word in my heart, that I might not sin against You." Every Wednesday night at 6:30 pm throughout the school year preschoolers will be taught God’s Word through our AWANA program.  Whether it's the fun puppets, activities, craft, snack, or all their friends; you child will love their time with us.

Kindergarten-3rd Grade

In the Kindergarten - 3rd grade Elementary Ministry we work to continue building up a strong, gospel-centered foundation for our children. We do this by teaching children about the nature and character of God in creative environments that are safe and fun. We look forward to seeing you at any of our Sunday morning programs or Wednesday night AWANA program.

Creek Kids Worship

Creek Kids Worship (CKW) is a weekly children’s service for Kindergarten - 3rd grade children. CKW takes place on Sundays 9:00am and 10:15am.  Children are taught in an exciting and engaging atmosphere where Biblical truths are presented in a variety of ways: small groups, games, Bible lesson, songs, videos, puppets, question and answer time. The teaching follows in line with the Life Group weekly lesson to help each child further understand what God has to say about that particular Bible story. Bring your Bible and a smile; join us this Sunday in CKW.

Life Groups

Kindergarten-3rd grade Elementary Life Groups meet on Sundays at 10:15am and 11:30am. With dedicated and loving teachers, our aim is to encourage and grow a child's relationship with Christ.  Using Lifeway’s “The Gospel Project” curriculum our classes help children dig deep into God's Word in an atmosphere where they feel a sense of belonging. Get ready to be equipped with foundational Bible knowledge and the tools needed to live a life for Christ.

Hiding God's Word in your heart is a blast on Wednesday nights in Creek Kids! Awana combines Scripture study & memorization, group Bible teaching time, and fun activities to reach kids with the Gospel and encourage them to follow Christ.

CK 4/5

Creek Kids 4/5 is a ministry intended to bridge students in 4th & 5th Grade to middle school. Students will learn how to have a relationship with Jesus, grow in their Christian walk, and learn how to share their faith with those in their church, school, and community. We accomplish this by providing a safe and engaging place for students to be discipled using God's Word and prayer as our main tools. We have three avenues for discipleship: Sunday morning Creek Kids 4/5 Worship, Creek Kids 4/5 Life Groups and Wednesday night Creek Kids 4/5 Midweek

CK 4/5 Worship

CK 4/5 Worship is a time where students will worship and study a passage of Scripture together. The service consists of music, teaching, and dialogue with leaders who pose important questions on the morning's lesson in application groups. Bring your Bible, pen or highlighter, and a high five as we walk through God’s written Word.

Life Groups

4th & 5th Grade Life Groups meet on Sundays at 10:15am and 11:30am. Life Group teachers share a lesson from God's Word, then lead students in interactive activities and provide them with take-home tools to help apply relevant concepts to their lives<.

CK 4/5 Midweek

CK 4/5 Midweek is an opportunity for student discipleship through fellowship, prayer, and learning how to study God's Word--all in a more relaxed classroom setting.  During this Wednesday night class we study the Bible and pray together starting at 6:15 pm for hangout, teaching, and prayer...class ends at 7:45 pm.
