When Jesus commissioned his disciples to go into the world, he did not leave them powerless. He gave them his presence in the form of the Holy Spirit, to empower and equip them to take the good news of his forgiveness and his rule to all the world. The book of Acts is the beginning of that story. From April through August, our Life Groups will spend five months walking through the story of the beginning of the church.
