Please use the following prayer prompts to guide you:

God’s Greatness

Psalm 145:3 Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; and His greatness is unsearchable.

Psalm 86:10 For You are great and do wondrous things; You alone are God.

Praise Him because He is the one true living God

Thank God that He is sovereign and His will is perfect

Give God glory and honor and praise for all things

He is worthy of our worship and adoration

Spiritual Awakening

Matthew 28:18-20 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

That the lost will place their faith in the Lord Jesus

For repentance of sin and acknowledge that we exist to serve Him

To remove spiritual strongholds which are arguments, lofty opinions, and thoughts that are raised against the knowledge of God.

That Christians will walk by the Spirit and not the flesh

Give God glory and honor and praise for all things

President and Government Leaders

1 Timothy 2:1-4 Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.

That every leader would accept the message of Jesus and follow Him as their Lord.

That all elected officials would serve in God’s will with humility and justice

Use Godly wisdom to make decisions and serve selflessly

That our nations would have peace

Richland Creek Community Church

Hebrews 10:24-25 And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

We would be a light in a dark lost world and seek to represent Christ to our community

We would be disciples that make disciples

All ministries represented at Richland Creek Community Church

Church Leaders

1 Peter 5:1-4 The elders who are among you I exhort, I who am a fellow elder and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that will be revealed: Shepherd the flock of God which is among you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but willingly, not for dishonest gain but eagerly; nor as being lords over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock; and when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that does not fade away.

That leaders are defined by the Word, devoted to prayer, and dependent on the Spirit

That the their marriages and families would be strengthened and live for Christ

That their greatest desire is to be disciples that makes disciples

Our leaders would be appreciated and supported as they shepherd the flock

Biblical Marriage and Family

Matthew 19:5-6 and Jesus said, “For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh? So then, they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.”

That marriage is one man and one woman for life

That husbands and wives serve one another in love and be rooted in God’s Word

That children would honor their parents according to God’s Word

That broken relationships will be restored and forgiveness will be shown

Sanctity of Life

Psalm 139:13-14 For You formed my inward parts; you covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are Your works, and that my soul knows very well.

That God would be acknowledged as the Creator of all and the Giver of life. He created humankind in His image to reflect His glory to the world

That all life would be seen as valuable and sacred

That abortion would end in the United States and around the world

That God would bless organizations that present alternatives to abortion

Restoration for women who have aborted, to receive God’s grace and forgiveness

Personal Evangelism

1 Peter 2:9 But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;

That I would share the Gospel of salvation through Jesus personally with my family, friends, neighbors and those I meet.

That I would share my testimony of God calling me out of darkness into His wonderful light

That I would have eyes to see the opportunities the Lord has given me and the boldness to tell His message of salvation (Ephesians 6:19-20)

Missions

Acts 1:8 But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.

For missionaries to have boldness in their proclamation of the Gospel

That they find joy and peace through all hardships

That they would be filled with God’s Spirit and rooted in God’s Word

They would have victory in the midst of spiritual warfare

Thank God for sending missionaries to all parts of the world

Military/First Responders

Romans 8:38-39 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Thank you for those who serve and sacrifice to bring peace to our land

For families of our military to have peace and to be faithful in their home

That God would guard and guide them at home and on the front lines

That they would be filled with courage, not fear, knowing that God is near

That God will use their circumstances to bring lost people to salvation
