Serve - Production

TEAM VISION

EXPECTATIONS

The Production Team at Richland Creek seeks to serve alongside Pastors, the Worship Team, and the Ministries of the church to facilitate weekly services and programs.

TEAM ROLE

We strive behind the scenes to support the Pastors, Worship Teams, and Ministries using technology and creativity to create excellent, distraction-free events.

Tools we use. At Richland Creek, we have been blessed with many technical elements that allow us to creatively reach large groups of people. Our design includes large dynamic projection screens, a state-of-the-art sound system, and our unique lighting array.  These tools are orchestrated together to create an atmosphere where people are comfortable and are able to clearly hear and understand the music and preaching of God’s Word.

TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES
Prayer.
Every Sunday, thousands of people enter the doors of Richland Creek. Pray for God’s work in the lives of every single person that enters these doors. Pray that the preaching of God’s word, the Worship of His people, and the power of the Holy Spirit would touch the lives of every person and move them to a place of worship, conviction of sin, and restoration to the Father.

Personal growth and worship. We expect every volunteer to grow in their faith and relationship with Jesus Christ. The vision of the ministry is not just that others may grow but that you, too, would grow deeper in your relationship with Jesus.

Serve when scheduled.Communication is crucial for building a community and carrying out an effective ministry. Please do your best to be available to serve whenever scheduled and contact ministry leadership whenever you are unavailable or planning to be out of town. Planning Center Online offers a great scheduling tool that allows you to mark weekends when you are not available.

Be on time, remain positioned, and be attentive. We ask that everyone arrive 10 minutes before each service. Once we are in place, please do your best to stay at the assigned position during the service and stay attentive.

Dress appropriately. Please wear appropriate clothing for the service or event. If your role consists of moving around up front, we ask that you avoid bright-colored clothing to keep your movements subtle. If you are on a camera or stage, please do not wear any shorts or skirts.

Serve with excellence. Although the Production Team often goes unnoticed, we serve a vital role in the life and mission of the church. We have the great responsibility and privilege of being a part of ushering thousands of people into worship every week. We do not take this responsibility lightly, and we must always seek to do everything with excellence for the glory of God so that all may hear. Prepare ahead of time and listen to the songs so you know their flow and feel. In addition, we ask that anyone who is serving in a director position (See below) is available for all practices; those serving in other positions are welcome to come to practice, but they are not expected to.

TEAM RESULTS

We desire to see lives changed by the power of the Holy Spirit in a distraction-free service that offers the clarity of the Gospel through preaching and worship.
